Shipping Policy – STYCLOV

1. Delivery areas

STYCLOV ships its products in mainland France and may offer delivery to the European Union and internationally depending on the carriers available at the time of ordering.

2. Processing and shipping times

Order preparation: orders are generally prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation.

Delivery times (indicative):

  • Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 7 business days
  • International: 5 to 15 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods (sales, drops, holidays) or due to carrier disruptions.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • destination,
  • selected delivery method,
  • package weight/volume.

Shipping may be offered depending on the conditions displayed on the website at the time of ordering.

4. Order tracking

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number is sent by email. You can track your parcel through the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery issues (delay, lost parcel, damaged parcel)

In case of delay, please first check the tracking.

If the parcel is marked as delivered but not received, contact us promptly.

If the parcel is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, providing: order number, name, email, and photos (if the parcel is damaged).

6. Delivery address

Please make sure the delivery address is complete and accurate (building, floor, access code, intercom, etc.).

STYCLOV cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure due to an error or omission in the address provided by the customer.

Shipping and returns

Shipping your parcel

Parcels are generally shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

Depending on the option selected at checkout, shipping is carried out via:

  • Colissimo (La Poste) – home delivery (generally without signature)
  • Mondial Relay – delivery to a pickup point (with a tracking number)
  • Chronopost – express delivery, generally with signature depending on the selected option

Whatever delivery method is chosen, a tracking number is sent to you by email so you can track your parcel online.

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the parcel and the destination. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping fees apply to each of them.

Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.


Returns & refunds

1. Return period

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return (right of withdrawal), except for legal exceptions (customized products, etc.).

2. Eligibility conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • item new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged;
  • item returned in its original packaging, with tags and any accessories;
  • proof of purchase / order number provided.

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

3. Return procedure

Before any return, please contact our customer service: contact@styclov.com and provide:

  • order number,
  • concerned items,
  • return reason (optional),
  • photos in case of defective or damaged item.

We will then provide the procedure and the return address.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in case of preparation error (wrong item) or proven defective product.

We recommend using a tracked shipment. STYCLOV cannot be held responsible for lost parcels without proof of drop-off / tracking.

5. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned items:

  • the refund is made using the same payment method used for the order,
  • within an indicative period of 5 to 14 business days (depending on banks/payment providers).

Initial shipping fees (if charged) may be refunded according to the rules of the right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case mentioned above.

If you want an exchange (size/color), contact us at contact@styclov.com. Depending on availability, we will tell you the steps to follow (return + new order, or direct exchange).
