2. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern all purchases of products made on styclov.com (the “Website”) by any consumer (“Customer”, “you”) from STYCLOV (“we”, “us”, “Seller”).

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without restriction.

If mandatory consumer protection rules apply in your country of residence, they remain unaffected.

3. Definitions

  • Product(s): apparel and accessories offered for sale on the Website.

  • Order: purchase request submitted by the Customer via the Website checkout.

  • Account: customer space allowing access to order history, addresses, and faster checkout.

  • Business day: Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.

4. Products — description and availability

We present Products as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, composition, size information). Minor variations (color rendering, texture, finish) may occur due to screens and production batches.

Products are offered while stocks last. If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an Order, we will inform you and refund the unavailable item(s).

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to place an Order.

6. Account creation and social login (Facebook & Google)

You may create an Account using:

  • Email + password, or

  • Facebook Login or Google Login (if enabled).

When you use Facebook/Google login, we may receive limited information necessary to create or link your Account (typically: name, email address, unique identifier, and optionally a profile picture).
We do not post anything on your behalf, and we do not access your messages.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity performed through your Account.

7. Ordering process

To place an Order:

  1. Select Products and add them to your cart

  2. Review cart and delivery options

  3. Enter delivery/billing details

  4. Choose payment method and confirm payment

  5. You receive an order confirmation email

The sale becomes final once payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued, subject to stock availability and fraud checks.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an Order in case of:

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized payment,

  • abnormal or abusive Order patterns,

  • inaccurate or incomplete address information,

  • unresolved prior dispute related to non-payment or abusive returns.

8. Prices, taxes, and invoices

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and any additional costs are shown during checkout before payment.

We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the one displayed at the time of Order validation.

Invoices may be issued electronically.

9. Payment (Stripe and PayPal)

Payments are processed via secure providers, including:

  • Stripe (card payments)

  • PayPal

Your payment information is handled directly by the payment providers; we do not store full card details.

If payment is refused, cancelled, reversed, or charged back, the Order may be suspended or cancelled.

10. Delivery

10.1 Delivery areas

Delivery is available to France + Europe (depending on configuration at checkout). If a destination is not available, it will not be offered during checkout.

10.2 Delivery methods

Depending on your destination, delivery may be offered via carriers such as Mondial Relay / Colissimo / Chronopost (as configured on the Website).

10.3 Delivery times

Indicative timeframes (may vary):

  • Order preparation: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping: typically 2–3 business days depending on carrier/destination

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions.

10.4 Delivery address and receipt

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.

Upon delivery, you should check the parcel and the Products. If the parcel is damaged, you should make reservations with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.

11. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) — 14 days

If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA/UK (or any jurisdiction granting similar rights), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires:

11.1 Return conditions

Returned Products must be:

  • unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition,

  • with original tags and packaging where applicable.

You may be liable for diminished value if handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

11.2 Return costs

Unless otherwise stated on the Website, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

11.3 Refunds

If you withdraw, we reimburse payments received for returned Product(s), including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods (or proof of return).
Refunds are made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

11.4 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items, including where legally applicable:

  • personalized or made-to-order items,

  • sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

12. Returns outside withdrawal / exchanges

If an exchange service is offered, it will be described on the Website (Shipping & Returns / Refund Policy).
If no exchange is offered, you may return the Product under the withdrawal procedure (if eligible) and place a new Order.

13. Legal warranties (EU/France)

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

13.1 Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (EU/France). If a Product is non-conforming, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, subject to legal conditions.

13.2 Hidden defects

You may also benefit from statutory protection against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés) under applicable law.

16. Liability

We are liable for damages only to the extent provided by applicable law. We are not liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (texts, visuals, logos, brand elements, product photos, design) is protected by intellectual property rights and remains our property or the property of our licensors. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

18. Personal data and cookies

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (available in the Website footer). Social login data handling (Facebook/Google) is described there.

19. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force at the time you place your Order.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of your country of residence, and you may bring claims before the competent courts determined by applicable law.
