These Terms apply to all product sales made through the STYCLOV e-commerce website.
Any order placed on the website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

Products: STYCLOV clothing and fashion accessories
Order: a purchase validated online
Customer Account: personal user space on the website
Business Day: Monday to Friday excluding public holidays

STYCLOV strives to ensure product descriptions, images, and details are as accurate as possible. Minor variations (color, texture, or appearance) may occur.

Customers must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in their country) and legally capable of entering into a contract.

Customers may create an account using email or sign in via Facebook Login or Google Login.
STYCLOV never posts on your behalf and does not access your private messages.

Shopping cart → Secure payment → Confirmation email.
A sale becomes final once payment has been successfully processed.

All prices are displayed in euros (€) including VAT.
Shipping costs are shown before payment confirmation.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.
STYCLOV does not store full payment details.

Delivery is available in France and Europe depending on the selected shipping option.

In accordance with European consumer protection law, customers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason.
